Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1924 as 'Papa Gouchault'.

Hybrid Multiflora, Hybrid Wichurana, Rambler.  
Bloom:
Crimson.  Mild fragrance.  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  
Habit:
Climbing, few or no prickles/thorns.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
